As a Team Lead, Insurance Advisor, you’re a collaborative leader with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You’ll flex your strong leadership skills, customer service expertise and general insurance knowledge to fulfill our clients’ needs.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Develop your leadership intuition by putting together a strong, client-focused team by leading, mentoring and inspiring team members
Eager to grow with sales or customer service experience under your belt
A problem solver with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities
Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
A detailed and concise communicator
A minimum of 5 years’ insurance experience in Personal Lines
Level 2 license with preference for a CAIB designation
