Job Description / Duties

• Personal Lines Account Management (includes servicing existing & obtaining new business).
• Helping customers by phone, in person and/or by email
• Policy Renewals & Changes – retaining existing business by reviewing accounts, processing and supporting our renewing policies.
• New Business – in-person, phone and on-line leads. Identify client needs, prepare quotations, & issue new polices.
• Provide support for Autopac and Travel Health Insurance as required

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Level 2 License (may consider level 1 with appropriate experience)
-2 years experience minimum
-IWS Certification
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
-TBW &/or Applied experience is an asset
