Job Description / Duties
• Manage a personal lines book of business ensuring growth and client retention.
• Ensure book of business is managed in compliance with regulations.
• Sell and Upsell insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Keep up to date on insurance wordings and new products.
• Process payments, endorsements, updates, and insurance cancellations.
• Mentor and coach new employees.
Qualifications / Required Skills
• 3+ years experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Level 2 or 3 General Insurance License is required.
• Experience with Power Broker is considered an asset.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
