Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager at our Winkler, MB office. Are you looking for growth in your career, building a team, developing and mentoring staff? If so, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on expanding their management experience in a rapidly growing organization.

As a Branch Manager, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You're responsible for all our daily office operations. Inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of our clients, company, and team members, while leveraging your insurance expertise.

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Insurance broker Level 3 license
-5+ years of insurance industry experience
-Bonus! 2 years of leadership experience
