On June 6th, Kathryn Sinclair, Vice President of Strategy & Operations of CSIO (Centre for Study of Insurance Operations), presented on CSIO’s strategic priority to produce clear and unambiguous standards that will deliver secure, reliable data to help streamline Property & Casualty insurance operations to enable the best insurance experience in Canada. Kathryn explained CSIO’s role in streamlining broker operations through the standardization of eDocs and the elimination of Z-Codes. In this Talk, members also learned how CSIO collaborates with the industry to stay on top of evolving insurance business needs and how the Standards, technology and tools CSIO develops in collaboration with the industry will benefit you and your customers.

She oversees and coordinates the strategic and operational action plans and projects, working with internal and external stakeholders, including member subject matter experts (SMEs), to achieve organizational goals and drive business strategy success.
