IBAM joins #BrokersCare!
IBAM is proud to introduce the #BrokersCare initiative in Manitoba, joining many of our sister associations across Canada to bring members together and help support some amazing and worthy causes.
What is #BrokersCare?
#BrokersCare is a t-shirt campaign with imagery that represents our great province. All proceeds from the purchase of a #BrokersCare shirt will go towards a charity of choice. This campaign is meant to promote the insurance broker profession, bring the insurance community together and empower the communities in which our members live and work.

Did you know?: Churchill Manitoba is known as the polar bear capital of the world! In addition, the grey, white and yellow colouring was chosen as they are represented in the official colours of Manitoba’s flag and coat of arms.

Where can I get a #BrokersCare shirt?
IBAM will be doing an official launch of the MB #BrokersCare shirt at the IBAM Dale Rempel Memorial Golf Tournament on August 27, 2025. Credit will be accepted on the course that day for those looking to pick up one or many.
Following the tournament, shirts will be available for online order only (while supplies last!). Shirts are being sold for $40/shirt and can be ordered for pick up at the IBAM Office in Winnipeg or can be shipped for an addition cost.
*Shipping costs will be charged separately.
What does the #BrokersCare donations support?
100% of the proceeds from the shirt sales will go to a charity of choice. This year, IBAM has chosen the Health Science Centre (HSC) Foundation in Manitoba, who provides specialized support for trauma, neurosurgery, burn, transplant and psychiatric health to Manitobans and beyond.
#BrokersCare History
The Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan (IBAS) launched #BrokersCare in 2021. In the past five years, #BrokersCare has raised over $300,000 for local projects, charities and initiatives in Saskatchewan. It has become a permanent philanthropic brand for IBAS.
