In his address, Cadmus will explain how to create leadership and value enhancement through the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action – delivering his message with storytelling, experience, humour, and personal impact. He will explore how insurance professionals can learn from the lived experience of indigenous people and work towards the goal of a solid future – built on trust and respect – for both indigenous and non-indigenous Canadians. As we all run this marathon towards reconciliation together, Cadmus will outline the options we have available to us to support one other as we navigate our future in the home we all share.
