Job Description / Duties
Our Insurance Brokers are brand ambassadors who possess a high level of skill to provide top tier insurance experience for those who live and work in our surrounding communities. As part of our team, a BSI insurance broker is responsible for counselling and assessing risk in Autopac, Personal Lines, Commercial and Farm policies. With our strong knowledge of insurance markets, products, and pricing with support from our teams, we match a client’s risk needs with the correct product. We want our brokers to use a high level of risk assessment skills to provide insurance solutions of all kinds to deliver exceptional customer service that meets our Company Core Values:

Qualifications / Required Skills
• Previous insurance experience in a fast-paced brokerage is beneficial,
• Applicant should possess a Level 1 Brokers license or be committed to achieving a Level 1 license,
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience working in an office setting,
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.,
• Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve,
• Candidates require an aptitude for learning; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commitment; a professional demeanor and a high level of personal integrity,
Additional Information
Hours of operation:
Monday & Tuesday – 9:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – 9:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am to 4:30pm (rotating, possibly 1 shift a month)
