Job Description / Duties

•Create policy documents, new business packages, loss payable certificates, and invoices
•Onboard new clients by providing tutorials for customer portal tools
•Support client transition from the sales team to the service team
•Partner with sales team and underwriting department on new business submissions
•Follow up on client accounts to support resolving outstanding activities
•Continuous learning through product knowledge
•Participate in ongoing process improvements to support business needs
•Provide weekly reports including internal metrics, accounts receivable tracking, and more

Qualifications / Required Skills

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Working experience in an administrative capacity

•Working experience in EPIC an asset
•Insurance Level 1 License is an asset and will be required within 3 months
