Position Summary
As an Auto Insurance Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with our clientele and will be responsible for providing advice about Auto Insurance solutions.

Your Responsibilities
* Work with our autopac clientele to find insurance solutions that fit their needs
* Perform administrative responsibilities, including preparing correspondence and data entry
* Actively take advantage of cross-selling opportunities to grow other lines of business that we offer, including Home & Business Insurance
* Support the team by directing client inquiries

Qualifications / Required Skills

*Experience working in customer service
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Technical proficiency and comfortable working with Microsoft Office products
* Minimum Level 1 Insurance License considered a plus
