Job Description / Duties

Due to an internal promotion, we need another auto expert who can help us generate and maintain clients, and help take us to the next level. Your success in this role is dependent on your insurance knowledge, your initiative to obtain and close leads, ability to build positive long-term relationships and successfully negotiate with insurers in the best interest of our clients.

Your Responsibilities

Handle all Autopac transactions.
Greet and assist walk-in and call-in clients promptly.
Generate leads for other lines of business (e.g., home insurance, commercial) when interacting with walk-in clients.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships as the top priority.
Adapt and prioritize tasks based on changing situations.
Ensure accurate and detailed work.
Effective communication within the team is crucial.

Qualifications / Required Skills


Minimum Level 1 Insurance or Auto Only license with IWS Certification
Demonstrated relationship building expertise
Superior customer service, communication skills and positive personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently
Experience with TAM is an asset
Ability to travel within the city from time to time. Class 5 license is an asset
