Job Description / Duties

Are You a Fit?

Due to a maternity leave and continued growth of our commercial department, we are looking for someone who can work with our sales and marketing team to service our clients, and help take us to the next level. Even though this role is prompted by a maternity leave, it will be a full time permanent role with our company. Your success in this role is dependent on your insurance knowledge, your initiative to strive for client satisfaction and, your ability to build positive long-term relationships and successfully negotiate with insurers in the best interest of our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and visitors to the office
Create certificates of insurance, complete client invoicing and general support of the commercial team
Deliver bonds and policies to clients
Manage the general inquiry email and website chat
Supply ordering
Manage incoming mail

Qualifications / Required Skills

Minimum Level 1 Insurance license with Auto knowledge
Demonstrated relationship building expertise
Superior customer service, communication skills and positive personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently
Experience with TAM is an asset
Class 5 Driver's License
