Job Description / Duties
As our front line Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact with our incoming client base and are responsible for providing professional, courteous conversations with all clients with respect to their Autopac insurance needs. As you grow in your position you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills
Qualifications / Required Skills
A minimum License Level 1 is preferred. Training and support will be provided to assist in successfully completing job requirements. Advanced customer service skills are essential, as is adaptability to adjust in a fast paced environment.
