Position Summary
The Managing Partner is responsible for day to day operations of the branch, leading and supervising a staff committed to service excellence and ensuring sales of products contribute positively to the profitability of the organization, while ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
monitor branch, and department activities to ensure that quality service is being provided and that work flows effectively and efficiently.
mentor, coach and develop staff to ensure objectives are achieved and clients receive a consistent level of quality, personalized service.
establish performance standards, evaluate performance and if necessary initiate further training and development or disciplinary procedures.
act as an ambassador for Brio Insurance by being visible in the community and supporting community initiatives, soliciting business opportunities that add positively to the profitability of the credit union.
maintain a thorough knowledge of industry and competitive trends that affect business plans and encourage this knowledge in employees.
review branch detailed financial statements monthly and control branch expenses through the application of internal checks and balances.

Essential Qualifications
must hold a valid Level 3 General Agent License in the province of Manitoba
post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
leadership competency with high emphasis on quality of customer service
advanced knowledge of risk management within the insurance industry
ability to develop employees in a coaching environment
strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner

This position would over see both the Brio Steinbach and La Broquerie branches.
