Job Description / Duties

• Assist all walk-in, or phone-in Autopac customers while providing excellent customer service
• Complete funds balancing and bank run daily
• Keep up to date with MPI’s rules and regulations
• Work as part of the team to ensure the branch runs smoothly while ensuring the office is clean and presentable for clients
• Maintain MPI and office inventory monthly
• Keep up to date with continuing education credits as per ICM License requirements
• Actively cross-sell when opportunities arise with Travel, Health, and Boat Insurance
• Actively prospect for home insurance leads
• Provide support to Personal Lines with processing and other duties as required

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Level 1 General Insurance License with IWS Certification
• 1+ years of insurance experience is preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a sufficient criminal record check is required.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
