Job Description / Duties

Client Service Representative's primary role will be in the front line serving walk-in and phone-in clients for Autopac and Drivers Licensing.

The CSR will be accountable for determining customer needs, dealing with customer concerns, inquiries and processing transactions. The CSR will follow all Nation West procedures and policies when providing customer service.

The CSR will participate in all assigned training, setting and meeting personal goals to ensure that the sales of insurance products are maximized by fulfilling the customer’s determined needs. A CSR understands his/her role as a brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers and clients.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Fundamentals of Insurance certification and IWS certification.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year experience.

Additional Information

Nation West offer top salary, commission, and benefit package. Nation West will also pay for continued education and training.

Salary: $37,000 to $42,000 based on experience.
