Insurance Advisor (Licensed Personal Lines  & MPI Services)

We’re looking for a Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our Tyndall Park office (850 Keewatin St, Winnipeg, MB). If you have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines & MPI Services, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pursuing new business through referrals and prospecting
• Providing quick, accurate Personal Lines quotes.
• Working with the Personal lines team to help manage the personal lines book of business where needed
• Helping walk-in customers in person and over the phone with MPI, Travel, and Personal Lines insurance needs.
• Educating and guiding clients to protect what matters most to them while building lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with teammates in a supportive and friendly environment.
• Continuously learning and growing your product and industry knowledge.
• Finding opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by truly understanding clients’ needs.
• Bringing a positive and team-focused attitude to the office every day.

What You Bring to the Team

• Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified) and at least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines & MPI.
• Experience with EPIC software and insurance company portals is a bonus!
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you love helping people.
• A professional, engaged, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• A self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
• Keeping organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
