Job Description / Duties

• Write new business and renewals by assisting the customers find the best solution for their insurance needs.
• Manage and grow the personal lines insurance book of business.
• Assists Autopac and Travel Health insurance customers.
• Support walk-in customers and help manage inquiries by phone.
• Identify customer needs and educate them on available insurance products.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• With at least 5 years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
• Must have a General Insurance License from Insurance Council of Manitoba
• Level 2 license is an asset.
• Must have IWS Certification
• Experience in Applied Epic software an advantage.
• Client-focused, with high level of integrity and professionalism
• Interpersonal with proven excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient advice to customers on their personal line of insurance including renewals and new business.
