Our Opportunity
As we continue to grow, Coughlin Insurance Brokers is accepting applications for a full time, permanent Personal Lines Broker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient advice to customers on their personal line of insurance including renewals and new business. Coughlin insurance Brokers is looking for someone who has a strong interest in providing exceptional customer service and has the expertise and skill to appropriately consult our clients, in finding the best solution and coverage for them.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Write new business and renewals by assisting the customers find the best solution for their insurance needs.
• Manage and grow the personal lines insurance book of business.
• Assists Auto and Travel Health insurance customers.
• Support walk-in customers and help manage inquiries by phone.
• Identify customer needs and educate them on available insurance products.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• With at least 2 years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
• Level 2 license is an asset.
• Experience in Applied Epic software an advantage
• Client-focused, with high level of integrity and professionalism
• Interpersonal with proven excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment
• Highly organized with strong work ethics
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
