Job Description / Duties

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with our clientele and will be responsible for providing advice about Auto Insurance solutions.

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Previous experience selling autopac
-Experience working in customer service
-Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle -multiple priorities
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Technical proficiency and comfortable working with Microsoft Office products

Additional Information

-Work with our autopac clientele to find insurance solutions that fit their needs
-Perform administrative responsibilities including preparing correspondence and data entry
-Actively take advantage of cross-selling opportunities to grow other lines of business that we offer including Home & Business Insurance
-Support the team by directing client inquiries
