Job Description / Duties

In this role, you will assist clients with a full range of Autopac, personal and farm insurance services. Your responsibilities will include selling new policies, processing renewals, handling policy changes, and reviewing coverage options with clients.

On the personal and farm insurance side, you will assist clients with inquiries, complete annual policy reviews, prepare quotes and renewals, communicate with insurance underwriters, and manage changes or cancellations. You will also play a key role in supporting clients through the claims process by gathering information, reporting claims, explaining procedures, and providing follow-up. In addition, you will monitor accounts receivable, follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, and explain financing options, setting up new payment contracts when required.

• Well organized
• Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Level 1 Brokers License and working towards CAIB designation preferred
• Insurance-related education and/or experience, and post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration is an asset
