Job Description / Duties

- Customer service for our Personal Lines and Autopac clients
- Yearly review of client policy accounts, cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain documentation in client file and BMS (Power Broker)
- Dedication to provide utmost care and service in providing protection for our clients
- New business development and ongoing marketing efforts.
- Regular business hours only.

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Minimum Level I Agent / Broker General Insurance License
- IWS Autopac certification
- Proficient in MS office/word and strong computer skills
- Minimum one year of personal lines experience
- Working knowledge of Broker Management, quoting software and portal experience
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Have a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, yet disciplined to work independently
