Job Description / Duties

· Assist Autopac customers by providing product and service information

· Offer insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs

· Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance polices

· Maintain MPI & office inventory

· Handle basic admin functions for personal lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

· Customer Service Experience, in the Insurance Industry or similar

· Hold a Level 1 or higher license, or have completed Fundamentals of Insurance

· Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word & Outlook

· Applied Epic experience preferred but not a requirement

· Experience in processing Autopac transactions and good knowledge of the IWS System preferred, but not required
