Job Description / Duties

In the position of Assistant Branch Manager you will represent the Westland Insurance Group and provide insurance services and advice to clients while supporting Westland Key Initiatives and goals. In this role, you will assist a Branch Manager (or Regional Sales Manager) in providing direction to team members and provide leadership within a branch. You are responsible for the promotion, sales and service of all insurance products to new and existing clients. You demonstrate strong technical insurance (personal lines and auto) and developing management skills to support the team in achieving the goals of the company, our clients and employees.

Qualifications / Required Skills

3 years experience in insurance industry
Track record of achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of provincial auto licensing, experience with private auto products an asset
Working toward CAIB/CIP designation
