Job Description / Duties

As an Auto/Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing superior service and insurance expertise. You will look after a book of business, writing new business and cross-selling.

Your Responsibilities

-Processing renewals and advising clients on their insurance needs
-Quoting and writing new business
-Cross-selling insurance products to our existing clients
-autopac transactions as required

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Technical proficiency and comfortable working with Microsoft Office products
-Level 2 insurance licence preferred but not mandatory
