Our Opportunity
As we continue to grow, Coughlin Insurance Brokers is accepting applications for a full time, permanent Autopac Advisor . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional counsel to clients on their Autopac and Driver Licensing needs, able to affectively communicate and explain Autopac products. Coughlin insurance Brokers is looking for someone who has a strong interest in providing exceptional customer service and has the expertise and skill to appropriately consult our clients on the products and coverages MPI offers.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications
• Level 1 General Insurance License required
• IWS Certification required
• EPIC broker management software experience is an asset
• Strong people skills
• Effective critical thinking skills, ability to find solutions
• Must be able to follow MPI policies and procedures and communicate them to clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail, emphasis on accurate data entry
• Proficient on computers and working with MPI software.
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of work experience in the same role.
