Job Description / Duties

Our office is seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented professional. We don’t use the term “team” lightly; we firmly believe in a collaborative environment where we all pitch-in and help each other when needed. The right candidate will excel in communication and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications / Required Skills

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service experience
- IWS Certification and Autopac experience considered an asset
- If not certified and licensed, the willingness to learn and become licensed is also an asset
- Valid Manitoba driver's licence
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite of products); experience with a BMS is an asset
- Ability to be licensed for insurance (involves Criminal Record check)
