Job Description / Duties

As a member of our team the role would encompass both sales and service duties. This would include but not limited to processing renewals, mid term changes and new vehicles with our clients.
Client contacts would be made in person as well via phone and email communication.
There will be requirements to provide support for Travel Insurance, Group Insurance as well as support our Personal lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

Our ideal client will have:
- Familiar with IWS System
- Level 1 or 2 license
- Experience with TAM or Applied Systems Products
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Willing to be active in a team environment as well as independently
