Job Description / Duties

Job Summary:
We have a position available for Part-time Autopac CSR. If you have exceptional communication, provide exceptional customer service, and are focused on growing in the insurance industry, we'd like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist all walk-in, or phone-in Autopac customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Complete funds balancing and bank run daily.
• Keep up to date with MPI’s rules and regulations.
• Work as part of the team to ensure the branch runs smoothly while ensuring the office is clean and presentable for clients.
• Maintain MPI and office inventory monthly.
• Keep up to date with continuing education credits as per ICM License requirements.
• Actively cross-sell when opportunities arise with Travel, Health, and Boat Insurance.
• Actively prospect for home insurance leads.
• Provide support to Personal Lines with processing and other duties as required.
• All other tasks as assigned by leader.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification is considered an asset.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A sufficient criminal record check is required.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
