Opportunity:
JEM is seeking an experienced insurance professional and leader to join their growing team in the role of Personal Lines Account Manager, with Autopac support.
You will need to be able to work 1 evening per month from 11-7 & 1 Saturday per month from 10-2. We are closed Sundays and the Saturdays of long weekends

Qualifications / Required Skills

Performance Objectives:
• Manage/Build a large book of business by servicing existing & new clients
• Process new business, renewals and policy change requests on broker management system as well as various company portals
• Provide superior service to existing clients with a focus on retention and cross selling opportunities where opportunity exists
• Work effectively with all members of the insurance team to obtain a clear understanding of our clients insurance needs
Qualifications/Skills:
• Candidates must possess a general insurance license from the Insurance Council of Manitoba, a level 2 license is an asset
• Demonstrated experience with Personal Lines of insurance is required, including managing a book of business within a team environment
• IWS certification required
• Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Working knowledge of Broker Management system, experience with TAM is an asset
• Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
