• A level 1 license, level 2 preferred
• At least 2 years personal lines experience
• Proficient in Word & Outlook
• TBW experience beneficial but not required
• Experience with Autopac & the IWS system
• Strong work ethic
• A team player
• Excellent time management skills & the ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
