Job Description / Duties

-Inspire and Lead: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching to a high-performing team to achieve individual and branch targets.
-Drive Client Success: Oversee daily operations to ensure top-tier client service through efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and quality standards.
-Achieve Results: Take ownership of the branch’s performance, including new business sales, renewals, and cross-sale targets.
-Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, optimize resource use, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including acting as the Key Autopac Person (if applicable).
-Collaborate and Contribute: Actively participate in leadership team meetings, sharing ideas and initiatives to propel the company’s strategic growth.
-Champion the Brand: Embody Winnipeg Insurance Brokers Ltd.’s values and vision, representing the organization proudly with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Minimum Level 2 General Insurance License is required; a CAIB designation or equivalent is preferred.
-You bring 5+ years of insurance industry experience, with a minimum 2 years leading a team of professional staff, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be given preference.
-A track record of driving team performance and achieving business development goals.
-Strong understanding of insurance brokerage operations, risk management, and process improvement.
-Exceptional communication and coaching skills to motivate and empower teams.
-A passion for continuous improvement, client success, and team collaboration.
