Job Description / Duties

 Be the first point of contact for phone-in or walk-in customers, offering friendly and professional service.
 Managing Autopac transactions for walk-in, phone and email requests.
 Proactively promote auto insurance extension products and services tailored to client needs (e.g., deductibles, liability).
 As an insurance advisor you will write new habitational insurance policies (homeowners, tenants, condos, seasonal dwellings) in a timely and effective manner.
 Overseeing account documentation, which encompasses routine inquiries, quotes, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, and additional tasks.
 Deliver prompt and precise responses to inquiries, addressing issues and providing solutions to fulfill client requirements.
 Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of insurance products with our standard personal lines markets and Manitoba Public Insurance.
 Assist the Personal Lines Team with property evaluations, billing & payments, questionnaires and new business surveys.
 Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications / Required Skills

 Insurance experience is an asset.
 Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License – training provided.
 Proficient in Microsoft programs.
 strong customer focus and proficient problem-solving skills are necessary.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
