Morgan Mackenzie

With 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Morgan began her career in Property and Casualty at Western Financial Group, where she managed a commercial book of business for Canadian business owners. In 2014, she began her transition into leadership, where she has held roles of increasing responsibilities. Earlier this year, Morgan was appointed Senior Vice-President of Central Customer Growth and Enablement, where she supports central customer service operations across all business lines and backend functions. Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Morgan is actively involved in the broker community and looks forward to contributing to IBAM and the wider industry.
