Shea Slack began her career in Marine Biology after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria. In 2022, she moved back to Manitoba to be closer to family and transitioned into the insurance industry to pursue a more structured and community-focused career path.

Since entering insurance in 2022, Shea has been committed to ongoing professional development. She obtained her Level 2 license in 2023 and is set to complete the CAIB designation in January, with plans
to pursue a RIBO license in the near future.

Shea was promoted to Team Lead at Richard McKenzie Insurance in November 2024, where she supports team operations, mentors colleagues, and contributes to a strong client experience. Shea is passionate about expanding her industry knowledge, connecting with other professionals, and building a long-term career in the industry
