What is Early Bird pricing and when does it end? 

We’ve introduced Early Bird pricing for the first time this year! Register early to take advantage of discounted ticket prices. Early Bird pricing is available until Friday, February 20, 2026. 

 

Have ticket options changed this year? 

Yes. We’ve simplified our ticket types to make registration easier and more flexible. Please note that President’s Dinner tickets and Tradeshow tickets are now purchased separately from any Conference ticket. 

 

Where will the Tradeshow and Hospitality Suites be located this year? 

Both the Tradeshow and Hospitality Suites have moved to the RBC Convention Centre for 2026. This new location offers more space and allows us to welcome additional vendors and exhibitors. 

 

Will transportation be provided between venues? 

Yes. Complimentary transportation will be available for attendees travelling between the Fairmont Winnipeg and the RBC Convention Centre: 

  • To and from the President’s Dinner 
  • From the President’s Dinner to the after-party at The Pyramid Cabaret and back to the Fairmont at 1:00 am 
  • To and from the Tradeshow 
  • Return transportation from the Hospitality Suites to the Fairmont at 11:00 p.m. 

 

What is the refund policy? 

After February 20, 2026, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

Ticket Changes: All ticket changes or transfers must be completed by March 20, 2026. No changes or transfers will be permitted after this date. 

 

When do ticket sales close, and can changes be made after purchase? 

All ticket sales close on Friday, March 20, 2026. After this date, no changes can be made to tickets, including additions, substitutions, cancellations, or the changing of names and other information.
